I hope this message finds you and your loved ones safe and healthy. 🙏💝🙏
I wanted to get in touch with you and provide you with more information about what to do if you feel like you might be getting sick with the Coronavirus. 👩⚕️ There are several key symptoms to look for if you are feeling under the weather, and I hope this guide can help you all to decide what your next steps are if you are feeling ill. 🩺
First and Foremost: Try to notice when or if you have any of these most common symptoms: Fever, Tiredness, Check Tightness or a Dry Cough. 🤒This virus takes between 1 to 14 days before developing any symptoms, so try to be caseful around others the first moment that you notice that you are feeling unwell. 🌡
Below is a chart to help to track your symptoms and differentiate between the different types of illnesses.
If you think Coronavirus might be the culprit, first and foremost, don't panic. Even though some people become very ill, many others make it through the illness with mild symptoms. Try to be calm and careful to keep others safe.
CALL: Your hospital's E.R. or Urgent Care Center, and tell them that you think you may have contracted the virus somehow. (It is important that you call, because it allows the doctors and nurses to prepare for your arrival, while keeping you from speading the illness to others.) 😷. From there, they will inform you what to do. This will allow you to get the proper testing and treatment done as safely and quickly as possible. 💕
TRAVELING: Follow this advice if you are too sick to drive yourself to the hospital. 🚗 Call someone you know and ask them if they could bring you a disposable or surgical mask and disposable gloves (if you don't have any at home yourself). 😷 If someone is bringing them to you, have them bring them and set them at your door and knock or call you to let you know you can step out to get them. 🏡 Have them wait at least 6ft. away from the door as you get them and go back inside to put them on. Wash the gloves while they are on your hands, with soap and water and then dry them with a washcloth. 👏 Get all the things you need to take with you to the doctor and make your way outside to their car. 🚗
When you arrive to the hospital let them know by a phone call that you are outside and where you are needed to go in at. 📲 They should have everything ready for your arrival. If the person who took you wants to go in with you instead of waiting out in the car, mention that to the doctors and nurses as well, so they can provide an area for them to wait on you as well. 🏥
Remember, you did your best precautions, so don't feel bad if you have gotten sick. The doctors and medical team are all on your side to help you get better as soon as possible. 💞💞 We are all here to support you and we are cheering for you.
❤❤❤I ALWAYS WANT THE BEST FOR YOU AND FOR YOU AND FOR YOU TO TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES. SENDING YOU ALL MY LOVE AND WELL WISHES!!!❤❤❤
