I hope you had a wonderful night last night.

So here’s some information that might make you roll over: 😉😉 The position in which you log your sleep time (ZZZ’s ) can make your brain healthier according to Neuroscience studies.

Researchers found that animals🐶🐺🐪🐐 that snoozed on their right side cleared more, what’s called, amyloid beta – a toxic compound that damages neurons and increases your risk of developing conditions like Alzheimer’s disease – from their brains than those dozing on their stomachs or backs.🛌

Scientists also believe that right side sleep sleeping optimizes your glymphatic system, which acts as the brains plumbing, and that having your heart slightly elevated helps it pump a little harder to clear waste matter.

I don’t know about you, but I’m definitely a  side sleeper and I enjoy sleeping on my right side, so yippee for me;) lol lol 😉😉😉😉🤗🤗

I also think that having a good pillow is crucial to getting a good night’s sleep. If you wake up often in the night or if you have neck pain in the morning, you may want to consider changing your pillow to one with better neck support.
