So here’s three tips that I really think you’re going to love! I’ve done all of them and they have saved me a lot of time and headache. Hee hee! 😎Enjoy! 🙂
One thing that I like to do is get a Bento Box 🍣sometimes on my way home or from a late night from working on a movie set or television show. I don’t feel like cooking and usually when I don’t eat it all unfortunately that rice can get a little dry and crunchy by the next day.
Here is a way to ensure that your rice will stay nice and fluffy. 🍣
The fix: add an ice cube to the dish, loosely cover and heat the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes. As the ice melts, the grain absorbs the moisture, giving you rice that is fluffy and delicious.
So use this trick any time you’re like me and you go to that Chinese restaurant and take home your leftovers that you want to reheat for the next day. So instead of throwing it away,do this little trick and you’ll be as happy as I am when I use this cool tip.
Keep your hard to reach plants hydrated 🙂 🙂
You love the hanging flowers you placed on the porch, but watering them can be a bit tricky ! You either have to try to stand on a chair or step ladder as you water, or stay safely on the ground it risk soaking yourself when raising the the watering can above your head.
Skip the hassle by tossing several ice cubes in the pots daily. The soil will absorb moisture as the cube’s melt. Problem solved!
Lift candle wax from a tablecloth!
A summer storm knocked the power out, forcing you to use candles to see. But when the lights come back on, you notice that drips of wax landed on your table cloth.
To remove them, rub an ice cube over the spots repeatedly, then lift the wax with a butter knife. The ice cube will quickly freeze and harden the wax so you can remove it from the tablecloth with ease.
