Your Guide to Happiness!

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all having a wonderful day today! If you are not, or if your day could use a little pick me up, then I have some helpful advice for you.

When you’re having a bad day, you need to take a step back and remind yourself of your greatest strength!

Your greatest strength is “undying hope”. This hope inside you knows that all the difficulties that you are facing in your life will eventually come to an end and happiness will one day return. If you think about this fact during the rough patches of your life, it will help to put things into perspective for you, but only if you can truly believe it.

To help your hope strengthen, think of a time when things didn’t start out well for you, but ended up all right in the end. If you focus on moments like these, it will help to give you new strength to endure life’s challenges.

Also when you feel discouraged, it’s great to repeat a mantra such as “Everyday is a new beginning”, or “Something really great is going to happen to me today”, over and over again. This activity encourages you to focus on what you can do today to work toward a better future for yourself, rather than trying to tackle an overwhelmingly large problem at once.

We’ve all had our bad days, trust me I know. Rather than focusing and dwelling on how everything is going to turn out, instead put the positiveness and energy to make your day a great day no matter what your circumstances are. Sometimes I like to turn a bad day around by doing something nice for someone unexpectedly.  When I see how happy they are from the unexpected surprise, it makes me happy inside as well.

Love you all so much and I wish you the best that life has to offer. You deserve it! Remember, if you put positive out there, then positive will come back to you.
