We all face challenges, especially during times like these where we are forced to chage the routines of our everyday lives. It can be stressful, hearing and seeing negative news about the Coronavirus, as well as trying to take it one day at a time. If we can all keep the right perspective, it will help us move forward with hope. 💜
Remember that among the bad news, there is also a lot of good news too. Medical facilities are testing a lot of drugs around the world with some showing very promising results. 🧪 Some of these drugs have even gone through clinical trials and that has helped people recover, which were infected with the Coronavirus. 🤗
Charity also lives on as well. There are many people hand-making, buying, and donating medical items to give to hospitals for workers and patients. From masks, gloves, gowns and scrubs. Some have even used 3D printers to make ventilator parts, so there can be more for doctors to use to treat more patients having difficulty breathing at one time. 👩⚕️👩⚕️
There are other ways people are lifting one’s spirits, like this beautiful video of a person in Spain playing, “My Heart Will Go On” on his balcony, while under quarantine.
Random people have been helping elderly people by going and buying their groceries for them, because some of them are afraid of getting sick if they were to go into the store themselves. 🍽
They are so many amazing stories like this going around the world of compassionate people helping one another. 🙏 Never lose hope, we can come together and help one another through whatever life throws at us. It can be easy to allow things to creep in and steal our peace and joy. We have to remember that each day is a gift. If we choose to focus on what’s wrong, we’ll miss the blessing that each day has to offer.
I encourage you today; don’t let the precious moments of your life to pass you by. Reach out via phone or internet and tell people that you care about them. Figure out how you can help others around you, within the guidelines of the quarantine. You can even take time to grow yourself. Meditate, workout, eat as well as you can and figure out how you can become you best you. Make a list of things you want to accomplish when the quarantine is lifted, learn a new skill online. There has never been a better time to grow for yourself and for those you care about. 💞💞
Remember, each day is unique and irreplaceable. You have been given time that can be invested or wasted; hours that can be used or misused.
Have a blessed day everyone. :)
ALL MY LOVE~
