I wanted to share with you all some great ways to help you look and feel good about yourself. This way you will feel more confident about yourself and too feel more energized and healthy.

Tip #1: Start the day out right by making a protein-packed breakfast.🍽 This will give you a boost in energy both physically and mentally. Here are some great breakfast recipes to get you started: www.cookinglight.com/food/recipe-finder/high-protein-breakfast-recipes

Tip #2: Here is a good tip for giving yourself whiter teeth. Mash up a strawberry and put it into a teaspoon of baking soda to mix it into a paste.🍓 Spread the mixture on your teeth using a toothbrush and let it sit for five minutes. Afterwards, rinse your mouth and then follow up by brushing your teeth with your regular toothpaste. Strawberries contains an enzyme called malic acid that can remove stains from your teeth, giving them a whiter look.😁

Tip #3: For fresher breath you can take a 5 ml. spray bottle and fill it 3 quarters of the way with distilled water and add 3 drops of food-grade peppermint essential oil. Shake the bottle and spray it on your tongue. Peppermint not only has antiseptic and antibacterial properties, it can eliminate odor-causing bacteria, while in return giving you a minty fresh breath. WHOOT! 🤩

Tip #4: This tip here is perfect for those like me that are non-stop busy throughout the day. When you have had a long day and have tired and achy feet, fill a basin with 1 chamomile teabag, ½ cup of Epsom salt, and a few orange peels. Soak your feet for 10 minutes and see how much better you feel. The warm water and Epsom salt help in soothing your feet, while the citrus oils from the oranges moisturizes them. The tea helps in easing pain as well.😇

Tip #5: Did you know that bananas are great for oily skin?🍌 You can mash up a banana with a teaspoon of honey and a couple drops of lemon juice.🍯🍋 Apply this to your face for 15 minutes as a great homemade face mask. After 15 minutes use a cool wet washcloth to wipe it off and you are set to go!
