I went to the doctor to get my blood tested to see if I was deficient in anything and I did have low vitamin D. I’m definitely pumped up my exercise routine as well as started taking a vitamin D supplement.😀😀
It’s also good to go to the doctor to have them check your blood and see what you’re deficient in vitamin wise. It’s really crucial. If you’re feeling fatigued or lethargic you might be low and some sort of mineral or even vitamin.☉
