That’s because shifting the body weight to one side can isolate the hard to tone inner and outer thigh muscles (those abductors and adductors) to quickly firm and shape those thigh jiggles.
All you have to do is: stand with your feet about 2 feet apart, and slowly bend your right knee as low as you can go, keeping your weight over your right heel. Push up through your right foot to return to start period do 8 reps per side to start and see that chub flub disappear.🖒🖒

To do: Holding some light weights, step back with your right leg, bend your knees into a lunge and press both hands over head. Return to start. Do 8 reps per side to start.
