👻👻👻Darcy’s White Chocolate
“Boo”-nana Pops! 👻👻👻👻
Makes 8 Servings
Serving Size: 1 “Boo”-nana pop
2 Medium bananas
2 Cups good quality white chocolate
16 Mini chocolate chips for eyes
8 Popsicle sticks
Optional: Black Icing Writer (I like to use the Wilton brand)
Cut banana in half, then in half lengthwise to make four quarters.
Insert popsicle stick into each banana, and place on a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Freeze bananas.
When the bananas are completely frozen, fill a tall coffee mug with white chocolate. Melt chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time, stirring with a spoon until the chocolate is melted and soft.
Dip bananas one at a time into the chocolate, scraping off the excess chocolate from the back of the banana with a spoon, and place it on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Quickly add two chocolate chips for the eyes before the chocolate hardens (you will have to work quickly here before the chocolate hardens).
Using the icing writer, draw a mouth on your banana ghost. Then, return to the freezer until frozen. Remove from freezer and Enjoy!
