So you if you want to get rid of that chub rub as they call it, try some side lunges. Lunges are a great lower body shaper. That’s because shifting the body weight to one side can isolate the hard to tone inner and outer thigh muscles (those abductors and adductors) to quickly firm and shape those thigh jiggles.

All you have to do is: stand with your feet about 2 feet apart, and slowly bend your right knee as low as you can go, keeping your weight over your right heel. Push up through your right foot to return to start period do 8 reps per side to start and see that chub flub disappear.πŸ–’πŸ–’

    I’ve been using two 10lbs. weights and they are a stoned flower bed that is about 2ft. In height that I step up on with one leg (while taking my other one off the ground) I shift my weight on my leg on the flower bed and get into a standing position on it (but still have my other foot in the air and then place it back on the ground) and then get back on the ground a repeat it one each leg 10 times. I do 3 reps and you are talking about feeling the burn afterwards lol, my knees can feel it. I think this technique would be also a good thing to try while holding those 10lbs. weights. I have been walking and doing other various exercises with the weights. I read that its better to actually use lighter weights than heavier ones because you can do more different forms of exercuses while holding them and you can do them a lot longer as well. So maybe this will also give you a few different things to try as well.
