Also there are a lot of studies out there that found that resistance training, compared with aerobic exercise,πŸƒ led to a greater number of vitamin D receptors in your muscles, which can help increase muscle mass and improve muscular function.β›·β›·WHOO HOOOπŸ–’πŸ–’πŸ–’

I went to the doctor to get my blood tested to see if I was deficient in anything and I did have low vitamin D. I’m definitely pumped up my exercise routine as well as started taking a vitamin D supplement.πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

It’s also good to go to the doctor to have them check your blood and see what you’re deficient in vitamin wise. It’s really crucial. If you’re feeling fatigued or lethargic you might be low and some sort of mineral or even vitamin.β˜‰

My DARCY you always give good advice and tips, I regularly go to see my doctor, and good always go out in perfect condition, Czech my type bleeding O + and good my exercises the run daily in the morning, as the day I is impossible, the only thing I’m missing is the heart, as a blonde girl I stole it and I’m looking to retrieve it, lol

    You’re such a goofball but I love it! Anyway, thanks for the get fit tips. I get my blood tested for my thyroid every 3months. That can make you feel fatigue, moody, lethargic if not treated. Happy to report that my dosage was upped and I feel great. I exercise daily whether it be push ups, dancing etc. I’ve lost a total of 21 lbs in 2 months. πŸ‘πŸ‘

    You’re so silly but I love it. Thanks for your get fit tips love! I try to work out on a daily basis and eat right. With having hypothyroid it can be difficult cause you can feel very fatigue, not motivated etc. Though I take meds to help with that. Since my doctor upped my dosage I’ve been feeling better. Plus lost 21 lbs to boot πŸ‘πŸ˜€

    Vitamins are always good too to take before working out or afterwards. Lighter weights is good to use too, because you can workout longer and do a lot more kinds of exercises that burns more calories. πŸ™‚
