Learning from the Past.

I have been through a lot of hard times in my life. I could look back and think, “Why did this have to happen to me?” Instead I like to believe that everything that happened has helped make me who I am today.

I have learned a lot and grown into a person that I am proud of because I didn’t let my past ruin my future. I stayed strong and moved forward instead of dwelling onΒ injusticesΒ that I could not change.

I urge you to do the same. Let your past make you better than you were before. Learn from it and move forward into a better future.

  1. That’s just a very sound advice, my DARCY, I could tell countless hardships in which I lived as a boy, but that made me be strong and think ahead, what happened stayed in my mind and out of my life, it only takes education, MI DARCY Thanks for your comment, is simply wonderful …

Hi David, thank you for the comment and it’s good to hear that you learned from your hardships. I have known people in the past, that never learned and kept making the same mistakes over and over.

I hope you have a blessed day and thank you again for the flowers that you sent.

I’ve been through hard times and my greatest lesson from it all was to never give up no matter how bad stuff gets. You may think that’s the best choice at the time, but it’s not. I think it was to test my strength believe me it made the person I am both stronger and wiser. For anyone who reads this, there is a way out. Keep your faith, pray, talk to someone…you have a purpose in this world, you matter, and you are stronger than you realize. Never give up! πŸ’œ

You are so right Vickie and I am so happy to hear that from you. So many people just give up when things get hard, but sometimes when things seem to be at their worst, it means that amazing things are right around the corner. You just have to believe, have faith and never give up. That pot of gold is out there waiting for us all, we just have to keep going.

      Have an amazing day sweetheart!

This really speaks. And some good advice about overcoming it. Had my fair share of hardships and storms I’m still going through. But trying to do better at not letting them bring me down. It makes a difference not having to face them alone but to have friends that support and encourage me through them. Thank you for always being there to say some encouraging words these past years. I appreciate and respect all you do Darcy and like Dolly’s famous quote I’m adjusting my sails. πŸ™‚ Love you and hope you are doing good yourself.
